President Buhari's official photographer, Bayo Omoboriowo, along with a few prominent photographers recently came up with an idea to give back to the growing community of upcoming Nigerian photographers.
They came up with Unabashed Lagos: an event which saw eight groups of photographers being led by one prominent photographer on a photo walk around Lagos – with each group focusing on a particular topic.
After the photo walk, each group submitted 10 pictures, the pictures were discussed and properly critiqued by Bayo Omoboriowo – with him teaching each of them how to improve their craft.
One of the upcoming photographers who went on the photo walk was Rotimi Okungbaye, and with his group focusing on Culture, he was able to capture some stunning pictures of life in Lagos.
